ENGINES

A One Japanese Engine guarantees the engines we sell to operate for 1year or 12,000 miles from date of purchase. If the engine is taken apart, the warranty will be considered void. Warranty covers as replacement or repair of the engine only and does not cover labor and any other incidental expenses required to repair and engine and/or remove it from a vehicle. Long block only sold. The buyer agrees to transfer all of the smog equipment including intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injection systems, and electronic control systems from the original engine to the second-hand replacement engine. No warranty on timing belt.

30 days warranty on head gasket, but does not cover for blown head gasket caused by overheating due to defective thermostat, radiator, cooling fan, water pump, radiator hoses, Or insufficient coolant.

IMPORTANT:
1. Must be installed, maintained, or adjusted by a qualified technician.
2. Set ignition to specification as recommended by mftr.
3. Change oil after the first 500 miles.
4. Re-torque cylinder head bolts to mftr’s specification, ignition off, operating temperature.
5. Check cooling system. Service if rusted or contaminated with oil; replace coolant. Failure to follow these maintenance requirements VOIDS the warranty. Racing engines not legal for use on any public street or highway in California. Off-road use only.

Engine complete with accessories may not comply with the emission control laws of the state in which it is being sold or used. State and/or federal authorities require that you change over the emission devices from your old engine to the engine you are installing to make it comply.

CLAIMS: No Returns without original invoice. $15.00 charge on lost invoice. 10% restocking charge made on every good item returned.
No refunds but credit or exchanges only and core deposits are not refundable after 30 days from date of purchase.
